Tri-State Towing and Recovery

Was in a wreck Thursday. The driver was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Towed my van to their lot. Today went there to get rest of my stuff out of van. The women there was super helpful, nice, professional, very organized, and just amazing. I left money in my van and everyone involved was super honest. All of the money was still in my van. Nothing was missing. I would highly recommend tristate towing. They are honest, professional, helpful, organized, and made the process so much easier. I didnt catch any of their names. But everyone that i talked to was amazingly wonderful.

My car broke down, and on June 1st 2026, AAA sent Tri-State Towing to pick it up from my driveway. I am very observant about my vehicle, and the damage was not there before the tow. After the car was returned, I noticed the front fender was dented and the trim was scratched. I provided photos and an estimate to the towing company, but when the owner, Eric Crawford, came out, he dismissed the damage, saying it couldn’t have happened during the tow. Without any before-and-after photos from them, it became a he-said-she-said situation. I would not trust this company—they were dismissive, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage they caused.

My BMW died on my way home and I called Tri-State towing to take it to a Garage Twenty Six in Evansville. The driver Rick took very good care in getting it on the bed since modern BMWs cant be put into neutral. He gave me a ride home and took my car to the shop. He called me afterwards notifying me that they were able to start the car and drive it off the bed. Very professional and friendly.

The most nastiest, unkind, unfair, and rude people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Horrible attitude as soon as I asked questions about my vehicle he proceeded to say that I won’t get my vehicle until he gets his $260. He towed my car from my apartments for no reason. It is actually mobile and he also towed my sisters car and hers was mobile as well. They are sick people and I pray that God deals with them accordingly soon.

I needed to have a tire change at 9:30 p.m. while I was about 1 hour away from home. I called these guys and they answered quickly and helped me quickly as well as they had all the tools necessary to do the job. I would recommend this service to anyone.
